Just a short reply to let you know about my Mazda South experience. You all are AWESOME! My purchase is the 3rd vehicle my family has purchased from your dealership. We have always been treated like Kings and Queens. My family has dealt with Jim Hawthorne all 3 times and he absolutely rocks!! First off I want to say, "THANK YOU"! I would like to tell you a little about what happened to me on Saturday before I got to your dealership. I went to three other dealerships before I got to Mazda South. Dealer #1 had awful customer service and did not want us there. Dealer #2 did not have what I wanted and told me I would have to pay to get what I wanted in. Dealer #3 was nice but did not want to deal. Charles & Judy |

Thank you for your email and I would say we were very satisfied with everything except one area....the Zoom-Zoom that we experience every time we get into our Mazda 5. We saw signs but no one at the dealership warned us of the addictive nature of the 'Zoom-Zoom' Kidding aside, we appreciate everything and being the husband the area that your people excelled in the most and which I appreciate is the courteous way everyone handled my wife. Over the years we've had more than half of the dealerships be polite to my wife but discount her participation in the process and have walked away from a few deals primarily due to that issue. So thanks to Terry & Ben and everyone behind the scenes that made the process such a pleasure. Joe |

This was the best auto purchase I've ever done. I couldn't find the 2006 Mazda 3 I wanted anywhere in Austin, but I spoke with Alicia Williamson at Mazda South, and she had what I was looking for. Did the deal on the phone and she had the car waiting for me and my wife when we arrived in Austin. Got what I wanted for my trade, and drove out with the car at the payment I wanted - no hassle. J. I have driven Kizashi, Accord, Camry, Elantra, Forte, Sonata, Fusion, Prius, Civic and Mazdas. First, your Mazda6 vehicle, in my opinion, was the best vehicles I drove during this process. Also, my experience with your Georgetown staff was the best I dealt with throughout the half a dozen dealerships out there. I felt really at ease and Rene made it very enjoyable. On May 7, 2011 I purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda from your dealership. Aurora Siegelman was the sales representative I dealt with. I just want you to know that my experience with Mrs. Siegelman could not have been better. She was very helpful and professional throughout the process. I live in Houston and therefore we had to work through the details of the transaction through emails and phone calls. My wife and I visited the Mazda South dealership on Saturday 23rd March 2011 to test drive a range of cars that we had seen on the website. As we drove around the lot taking a look at the stock on show we were approached by one of the salespersons, Alex Blum, and he proceeded to make enquiries of our needs. He took us out on test drives for five different vehicles and showed a deep knowledge of the features and performance of each car and that of other makes of car in their class. He was courteous, polite and relaxed and at no point tried to pressure us to make a decision on any of the vehicles we drove. Although it wasn't our intention to buy a car that day, due to Alex's helpfulness and relaxed approach, we ended spending much longer at the dealership and located a car that was exactly what we were looking for and signed on the dotted line.
